The only thing Daschle is “embarrassed” about is that he got caught. As for support, what else would you expect from Kerry and Leahy?
If it wasn’t for Obama to pick him up as his appointee the tax issue wouldn’t had surface. And he would have probably got away with it. He should blame it on Obama, which he knew about it. If eveyone he chooses has to pay back, the IRS will love him.
