President Obama compares his bowling to the bowling performance of a Special Olympian. Well, the Special Olympics won’t have any issue getting government funding for the next few years.

It sounded to me like he was saying that Leno and the audiences response was like the special olympics. While still not entirely smart, I think it’s a lot more accurate. Their false congratulations we kind of insulting, and I think that happens a lot with the special olympics too. Or maybe he’s been taking public speaking lessons from Biden.
